Overview:	A witness to his own brother's murder, Peter (Aaron Kwok) vows to search for the real culprit. But when he discovers that Hong Kong Police, CIA, and the Singaporean secret agents are all behind the killing, Peter must save his own life, and protect the whole world from a catastrophe that will occur at midnight, January 1, 2000.
