Plot:	Female assassin, Black Cat (Jade Leung), returns to the fray for a second thrilling installment, shot entirely on location in Europe. She teams up with Robin Shou in an attempt to prevent the assassination of the Russian President Yeltsin.
Overview:	Erica, a wild girl whose memories have been erased and reprogrammed by the CIA. An underground organization (AYO-Anti-Yeltsin organization) sends out a superkiller- SK5 to terminate the president Yeltsin. By knowing that information, CIA send Black Cat and Robin to eliminate SK5. SK5 escapes and sneaks off to Moscow. They have been trapped and Black Cat gets injured while protecting Robin during a bloody battle. SK5 turns back to the States for the second attempt on Yeltsin. CIA is trying to rescue Black Cat and tight encircling on the other side... The story ends up with a failure of the assassination.
