Plot:	Two Vietnamese brothers separated as children during the tumult of the Vietnam War find themselves reunited as adults--but on opposite sides of the law--when one investigates the other for piracy.
Overview:	Shen Tung (K.K.Cheung), Shen Shai (Stephen Ho), were two brothers who process and extra sensory power. During the last days of the Vietnam War, they left their homeland and fled to Hong Kong. On the way, the brothers were separated. Years after, Shen Tung became a young bright policeman with the help of his E.S.P. Meanwhile the younger brother became a smart burglar. With the case of Shen Tung were assigned to the investigation, the brothers almost found themselves killing each other...
